Many Cozumel excursions canceled

DCL is following the recommendations of the US State Department and has canceled those Cozumel excursions that involve travel to another island.

Minor point of correction: Playa del Carmen is on the mainland, not another island. I recognize most of the locations mentioned in that letter, and all the ones I recognize are also on the mainland.

That is crazy. I hadn’t heard about the one detonating in Feb - we were in Acapulco Jan/Feb and surprised we didn’t hear about it. And, amazed they found another one March 1....glad they found it before it detonated.
