Beaver1975 Posted March 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 19, 2018 Hypothetical question. If you book a back to back cruise as two separate cruises, do you check in for the second cruise while you are onboard the first one? Or do you check in for both cruises at the same time before the first cruises?

Rare All-ready2cruise Posted March 19, 2018 #3 Share Posted March 19, 2018 Yes, you'll receive instructions on your cabin a couple of days prior to the end of cruise 1 and it'll give you info. It really depends on whether it's NA or EU cruise. EU cruises you don't have to get off the ship on turnaround day but North America you do. It's very easy though, either way, you won't need to go through security with the masses since you'll be wearing a little tag/sticky label which says "In Transit" and you'll be directed a different route onto the ship if you do disembark. Carnac767 Posted March 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 19, 2018 Just go down to guest services, or see the concierge in you're in the Haven, and they'll take care of it for you. If you're keeping the same cabin, they'll just rekey your card so it's good until the end of your B2B.

YVRBassElectric Posted March 19, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 19, 2018 Guest Services was really good at communicating the plan for the "in Transit" guests - slightly different each time. My advice, don't plan to stay on the ship on disembarkation/embarkation day! Might just be LA port but we had 800 people doing b2b on a Panama cruise and the people who stayed aboard REALLY regretted it! They spent 2+ hours standing in the concrete bunker, while Border Patrol, inspected and cleared the ship. Another cruise we had a great day in Anchorage, away from the chaos, and was incredibly grateful that the room steward delivered a hairbrush we left in our first cabin (the same cabin wasn't available both cruises)
