Danube River Cruise

We are 8 adults planning a Danube River Cruise 2019 and are looking at AMA, Tauck, Scenic and Uniworld. We are looking for interesting excursions, good food and wine and looking for recommendations from those who have travelled through this region. Thanks!

There is a "River Cruise" blog here on CC listed under "Special Interest Cruising" where you should repost your question. Some River Cruise lines (such as Viking River Cruises) include tours as part of the cruise price. When we cruised the Danube (on Viking) we simply took the offered tours (at no extra cost) at each port. When we had extra time we would go off the boat on our own (we are very comfortable in Europe).

Do you want all inclusive semi inclusive

We did a Scenic cruise the excursions were all included some lines you pay extra for some excursions & drinks other than winebeer at dinner
