might want to do a price check for this new sale. I just saw a balcony for the price of an inside on one sailing. And on another a balcony for less than an inside. Others were fairly close in pricing. So you might want to see if it is a good time to self upgrade.

I was able to get a JS cheaper than a balcony on an Adventure of Seas cruise, nice upgrade 2 years ago and the only way I'd pay for a JS.

We also got to take advantage of that snafu by Royal, but that is a very rare event.

Im not the OP but with my CA discount this is true most of the time for my Allure August 12 cruise.

My experience was a cautionary tale. Booked a balcony end of February. Got told I could upgrade to a JR suite. Ok. Turns out spring break. Yikes

Unfortunately that limits them to a hundred or more!
