Suggestions for excursions—in San Juan from 1 pm—9 pm

Hi all—Just looking for suggestions for excursions in San Juan. We will be there (for the first time) in February 2019. We have two kids, ages 14 & 12. We will be there from 1pm—9pm. We’d like to see as much as possible! We are open to doing things independently or ship sponsored. Thank you!

Following in hopes you get some responses. We are going in January 2019 and have 3 kids 14, 12 and 2 and will also be there from 1-9. We are planning on going to the forts and pigeon park but not sure what to do after that since I believe the forts close at 5.

Honestly, just look up self-guided walking tours of Old San Juan. If it's your first time, that may be the best introduction. No need to pay someone to guide you around.

We are using Jerry's Adventures for a waterfall excursion in October. We are understanding that we will not get the full day because of the 1pm arrival but he is all so gracious to still take us to frolic in a waterfall. He had other tours and seems to be okay with a tour starting so late in the day. You may want to check him out. I spoke on the phone and he had perfect English to.
