Not sure which ship you are talking about but the majority of the YC rooms on the Seaside have at least a single sofa bed, many with a double sofa bed and some with a Pullman too. And recent reviews about kids in the YC have not been favorable, mainly in the restaurant.

 

There is a big difference between two bedrooms and the possibility to sleep in a sofa. A suite with a bed for two is designed for two, I think, even if it's possible to sleep in the sofa.
