Mdr...will they put others with my family?

Recommended Posts

The only time we sat with others was durIng breakfast. For dinner we had our own table. After the first night, we asked for the same table each night and there were no further discussions on sharing the table

That is how they always run the traditional dinner seating in the MDR. Reservations and assigned table for dinner, but show up and fill in as you enter for breakfast and lunch.

Works pretty well like that.

When we used to got to the main dining room, my first job on boarding was to check our table allocation and ask to change if it wasn’t suitable. They always changed ours. Tend to use my time now as there are so many more interesting restaurants on the bigger ships.
