As far as I know, only Princess has MES stations for passengers, typically only used when booked well over double occupancy.

 

AFAIK, Princess is still instructing people in how to jump over the side during the "mustard" drill.

That should be taught at all muster drills, on every line (though not all do), as it is a viable way to get off the ship in extremis, but can be dangerous if done improperly. The chutes have baffles inside that slow you down so you're not hitting the raft as fast as if you jumped right down into it.
