BBMacLaird Posted April 29, 2018 #51 Share Posted April 29, 2018 Sorry if this post appears twice - I tried to post it earlier and felt it didn't 'send'...... What is the difference between 'Voyage Planner' and 'My Azamara', as I cannot see the words 'voyage planner' anywhere when I log in. It could be (for me) that I am unable to access this, as I am trying in the wrong way? You’ll find Voyage Planner under the “Booked” tab on our website. It is for researching and booking your shore excursions. It will give you a day by day calendar of your cruise so you can visually see what you’ve planned...thus the name. Here’s a link: https://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/book-shore-excursions Ps to those not able to access it, I know our web team is looking into this. Lookyboy Posted April 29, 2018 #52 Share Posted April 29, 2018 Thank you for this, Bonny - this is a new page for me and I have successfully managed to follow your link, find the shore excursions and then find my way back in without your link. Thank you very much..
mugggs Posted April 29, 2018 #53 Share Posted April 29, 2018 I have also not been able to log in to voyage planner using your link Bonny. I have completed the online check in and have attempted to enter that way as well. No luck either way. Simply get error codes. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. I have never had any problems with past voyages and bookings excursions. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
laurieb Posted April 30, 2018 #54 Share Posted April 30, 2018 If you want to just look at what's available for tours and not purchase, you can go to shore excursions under "plan". https://www.azamaraclubcruises.com/browse-shore-excursions It will of course bring up all excursions for all cruises in the region you are going, but at least it's something... kate61880 Posted April 30, 2018 Author #55 Share Posted April 30, 2018 Sometimes I am getting it to load and other times it doesn’t work. Is there a way to book excursions using the onboard credit we have like we have in the past with Royal Caribbean? I’m assuming not since it didn’t pop up with the amount of money we have to use. Grandma Cruising Posted April 30, 2018 #56 Share Posted April 30, 2018 No, you have to book and pay with a credit card, then when you get on board you can cancel and be refunded into your ship account, then rebook using your onboard credit.
