Diamond Lounge Question

Recommended Posts

no. and don't ask. they are already overcrowded. he will have 3 drinks loaded on his sea pass card that are good during the times the lounge is serving drinks and can be used at almost any bar/venue. he can join you anywhere. you cannot join him in the lounge

Thanks for the quick harsh response. Was just asking a question that I had no idea the answer to.

If my dad was diamond level would he be able to take family in with him to the diamond lounge? Also if he can would they get drinks as well or just him?

You didn’t say which relatives. His wife should be able to have their accounts linked and she would become Diamond. Not so the other family members.

On our last cruise, the concierge on NOTS invited our granddaughters in during the day. At happy hour, she welcomed the 17 year old. I did not ask, she offered. Very sweet of her.

Diamond Lounge is Full most of time. Concierge and Suite Lounge's not as much. Though if don't have status or are in a Suite, don't go. Your's was a not common exception, OP asking if can bring whole family... Last 4 times I cruised so many Diamond's onboard they took over whole Crown Lounge & non-Diamond's could not use it at nite during Happy Hour drinks...

The rule is that you cannot bring to the DL any guests who are not Diamond members. That includes family members.

We sometimes sail with my daughter who is not Diamond. If we want to get together for a pre-dinner drink then we go somewhere other than the Diamond lounge.
