Summit menus

Don't have menus, but from our experience we look at the specialty restaurants on the non-formal nights. We've only been in Aqua Class on the Summit, so we've been in Blu (which in our humble opinion is worth the difference in price). But on the Solstice ships, we've been in verandas and always book a specialty package. We were on the Silhouette in December and there was a deal on the specialty restaurants (we bought a 6 night for the same price as a 5 night) and ate in Murano 3 nights (it was great). On the Summit, the specialty choices are not as diverse. You can always decide when you board. Smooth sailing whatever you choose.

Generally the Evening Chic nights (which have replaced formal) are never the first or last evening of the cruise. There are usually discounts to be had when booking specialty restaurants for the first night. The Evening Chic nights will have the best menus in the MDR, and are usually the second and next to last evenings of the cruise but it does depend on your itinerary and captain's discretion.
