Are you allowed to bring onboard your own wine bought in a town you visit and consume it in your Viking stateroom? Thanks

Yes you can. You can also bring it to dining rm, no corkage fee.

You can also bring liquor on board. They treat you like an adult on Viking.

There is a bottle opener in your cabin (sometimes its right in the minibar). Your steward will bring you glasses if they aren't already in your room (or if you prefer a stem to the stemless glasses you will find in your cabin). Ice, too.

BYO is not limited to just wine. Viking is happy for you to sample the local beers and liquors as well.

You may consume your purchases anywhere on the ship. Leave your sippy cup home. Bartenders will supply glasses. Soda mixers are extra, if gotten from the bar.
