We are doing the FLL to LA Coral Cruise in March 2019. We will be in FLL a day early and would love more info on the Everglades tours.

we are Kiwis on the coral in Febuary and can you give any tips on what Everglades tours there are .

we signed up (called the dinning line) first thing when we boarded the ship. I would encourage anyone to do this, it was remarkable. (it was only done the one time on a 15 day cruise)

As far as I know no Wine Makers dinner

They did the Chef's dinner several times on our 60 day cruise. Seemed as though every time they got a big enough group together, they held one with just a day or two notice. It was a great experience, but the UBD (Ultimate Balcony Dinner) was better as an experience to us. This you can prebook. Though we prebooked a date, all we had to do was call 24 hours ahead to schedule. We did it in port in Honolulu instead of the date we had selected a year ago.
