I believe the hallway to the library was to the right of the giant screen in the atrium, I didn't go down there for days, thought it was just conference rooms!

There is a library. it is a nice quiet place, but the hours when you can actually get books are very limited. It is off the atrium on the starboard side, near the Internet cafe.

Yup, we read what we brought and deposited for future cruisers when done. We did not know where it was either and found it with help of others although its not hard to find at all.
