When does the drink package go on sale?

We are on Allure for the April 28, 2019 sailing. When I log on to the RC website it is saying the drink package is not currently available. How far in advance does the drink package go on sale?

My Allure 9/30/18 cruise drink pkg was available in Dec 2017.

They send out emails regularly with specials once you have booked. No worries, you won't miss it. These specials are often repeated too, so if you miss one, no worries.

I guess I'll have to sign up for those, it would be a lot easier if they just listed the thing to begin with.
