Over the weekend, I received an email from them stating I needed to buy my own timed Colosseum tickets as security lines were very long. However, there were no tickets available for the time Italy EU tours requested. I've emailed Cristina, but have not heard back. Has this happened to anyone else recently? How did it impact your tour?
