mimmymia Posted May 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted May 16, 2018 We are going on the Escape in July and have Haven & Casino guests in our group. Does anyone know approximately what time they started the boarding process for Haven Guests? Casino Guests? Thank you in advance for your feedback!! dexddd Posted May 16, 2018 #2 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Haven usually around 11:30 if all goes well at embarkation. Recent comments have had last guests getting off later than 10:15 normal so it probably got pushed back a bit.
Rare mking8288 Posted May 16, 2018 #3 Share Posted May 16, 2018 Havens boarding in NYC are usually escorted boarding & early, timing depending on ship's arrival on the morning of ... For the past year, the sequence has been switched (as it should, IMHO) for Ambassadors, Plus & Platinums - Group/Zone #1 (thru 4) if there are no VIP's and/or Wedding (Day) Parties, etc. and following Special Needs, seated across near the boarding area. CAS are boarded next (2 weeks ago, on the GEM, they were #5 or higher) and called, following #1 thru 4. Restaurant/Specialty Dining Reservation can be done/changed while waiting - look for a table with laptops setup & signage, usually directly opposite the "Pier Cafe" near the restrooms - where snacks & refreshments, soda & bottled water/sports drink, etc. are sold. ginaf Posted May 16, 2018 #4 Share Posted May 16, 2018 So am I right I’m saying haven is first, special assistant passengers; then ambassador, plus and platinum next , and then CAS?
Erik Abazorius Posted May 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted May 17, 2018 I've heard this has been boarding policy for the Gem for a while. However, I've also heard that for the larger ships (e.g. Breakaway before it switched routes) it's Haven, then CAS, then P+ etc. Can anyone comment on recent boarding process for the Escape out of NYC?
