Any votes between Moderno Churrascaria and Le Bistro?

This is my first "freestyle" cruise, do you recommend making dinner reservations in advance? I'm travelling with my mother who appreciates a schedule.. just don't want to be in a situation where we are eating too late -or too early. Thanks.

We like Moderno the best as well. Incredible salad bar. All you can eat meat. You have to pace yourself though. Decide what you like the best when they bring the meat around and say no to the rest. Deserts there were not that appealing to us. Other than that we have eaten at Moderno three times now and have not been disappointed. To us LeBistro was just okay and we were kind of let down because the reviews for it were for the most part very favorable.
