Based upon my experience, I would agree that the land based customer service team are very poor, but their colleagues who deal with bookings are superb. I have to say that branding a department you have not used as totally useless because that is your experience with a different department and different set of people is unfair. Presumably your bad experiences with customer services is what made you start booking through an agent so now it is they would deal with customer services on your behalf.
