Great photos and reports, thank you.

Thank you for following all along! I'm so sorry, I neglected to take photos of the disembarkation info, which I left in the cabin for Ari, our steward. I just went through my stuff again to make sure I don't have it, all I have is an empty envelope. We chose to walk off and handle our luggage ourselves and we were assigned to a specific number and color (I think it was something like "blue 2", and we just had to walk off the ship when they called our group. We were made to snake around a bit, as they form a longer route in case there's a line, but honestly, we just walked right off the ship.

Friday, June 1

Last full day cruising the inside passage. The weather was windy with pretty high swells, cloudy, misty, some rain. We had a nice relaxing day. We had breakfast in WJ, grabbed burgers to taste them, attended the cooking demo and visited some lounges (aka maximized the benefit of SBP) before the highlight of the day, dinner at Tamarind.

The burgers were awful! DD got one with a GF bun, DS got whatever the signature one was called, and I tried the veggie (mushroom) one. Honestly all 3 were virtually inedible. To be fair, the fries were very good. We didn't care about the bad burgers, as we weren't hungry anyway and had many other options if we wanted something else, but I have to say we unanimously do not get the overwhelming love for the dive-in!

Back in the cabin when getting ready for dinner I found a lovely birthday card...I think our TA arranged for this. It was surprising since I hadn't mentioned anything to anyone about my birthday since our previous cruise (on another line) when I was celebrating my 50th. But it was the same TA, so maybe he did it? We also watched the Spiderman movie, first and only movie of the voyage.cf95b113de449525319404f07e78ddfc.jpg76ac0e65cdaa31c3242162437721d4b3.jpgd242536380f2fe84cbb963fd2685513c.jpg612dcb4eb08ff006e507bbe6a4743cf2.jpg03e941179bc891cb3749bd0b5e36b5a1.jpg40e216f6caff26d2e68b8774206f79e6.jpg

Friday, June 1.

So sad, the last night of our cruise on the captivating NA Alaska voyage!! What could we do besides console ourselves with a little pampering at exotic Tamarind?! DD had not pre-ordered this night, she just told them she was GF when we sat down. No problem!

Gorgeous place settings, delicious dipping sauces, tropical and beautifully presented drinks.9103ae38dc62a97faa0bc1f0e977c7eb.jpg0b999ad9cf3872cb45da8124a280ad3c.jpg9ba09dcfdbb1a5c69673a0f8ace7f53f.jpg37cd238573a62ab0e0fd86e93070d4f3.jpg83ca750b1eec0a015e6a7e7c02465caa.jpg41cc5f3c8af5d1263cfb15687aed9700.jpg

Tamarind continued

Crispy dipping noodles, GF dipping crackers served without asking, view from our table, first course. Sorry I don't have a menu. Pretty sure this is GF Indonesian Laksa, Jewels of the Sea and Vegetable Spring Rolls. All good.3ccf2c7cebb2c8afbdab8eac3bd2bf85.jpg61a17a7e8dbca33ae797253811e2720c.jpg334ed6ac1574ad56db167c5422572728.jpg23c9db41279cda4b9d3f725497c0a762.jpg40a1aff7af4a56bbdfa9e9b980021a80.jpg30702cd7d29fedbb3d2b224bce4f0c7b.jpg

Tamarind desserts

Tamarind chocolate (I think this was the GF one), mango cloud, chocolate almond fortune cookie, surprise birthday celebration. I didnt care for the fortune cookie but loved the mango cloud. Didn't taste the tamarind chocolate. The birthday cake was absolutely delicious (the next morning). We were too full and asked them to make it to go.43b8332c22ebde0f00c90d4ffbbac682.jpge8c941ae8cbc4db97c1324ea0ef572ca.jpg328e4117dea914dd6110da14b8b3d49b.jpg7ec713772d38cc9fa304f170c2dd580b.jpg1d5587ec3e6a872cf79370514b29273b.jpg
