'Use your OBC' emails from Princess

We're Princess Elite and have 2 unused future cruise deposits. We're getting heaps of email offers encouraging us to use these. It's weird because the FCD are not due to expire and Princess are only offering local cruises which we've done in the past. We're just not interested in doing them again. Is anyone else getting these somewhat inappropriate emails?

I am not sure why the subject is about OBC but your query is about FCD. We get lots of emails from all sorts of places TAs, cruise lines etc, and the delete button is used frequently if the email is not of interest.

I think I’ve got a couple of old fccs (maybe 12-18 months)no emails for me,

Use the report thread icon to get an admins attention and tell them you want to change the title, that may work.

Our FCCs say that they last for 2 years, I have never received an email to say they were about to expire though.
