Hi, leaving on cruise Dec. 2, 2018, we are staying at the Ramada Wyndham Fort Lauderdale Airport/ Cruise Port, Has anyone from cruise critic stayed there? Where the facilities nice? How about the restaurant? Any information about this property will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I haven't stayed there myself, but as a local I've heard horror stories from multiple people. Bed Bugs, dirty, seedy clientele. Lots of better options than that property in Ft. Lauderdale.

I totally agree with Lupush, I lived nearby in Ft. Lauderdale and would never suggest anyone to stay there. Have you posted your request on TripAdvisor? No idea what rate you were quoted, but I would highly recommend finding a different property. Keep in mind that it will be season down here in South Florida, so you might want to book sooner than later!

As I posted in your other thread, this place is absolutely horrible! Smells, filthy, terribly run down, can't understand how they stay in business. The location is awful, I had to wait over an hour and a half for the shuttle, which should have been my first clue.

 

Facilities are not nice. Nothing about this place is nice.

kidcruze,  as a rule, South Florida Ramadas are miserable places to stay.
