On the Azamara website you can choose the heading “Plan”, then “Accessible Cruising”, and then you will have access to the “Special Needs Form. On the final page of that form there is a section dedicated to food allergies. In our practice we have our travel agent forward this since she has access to our reservation. We believe Azamara has wonderful policies in handling these issues, policies that keep evolving to meet our needs. For example this year, has once the “Special Needs Form” was sent to Head Office, we received a confirmation that the information was received. As Bonnie stated, once on board there are a few steps that augment the information you have sent in. Hope you have a wonderful cruise!
