Can not log in

I can not log in to the RCI site. Is anyone else having this problem?

I was having this issue. I found that with the new site I need to use my email address to login, not my user id I had been using. That was a week or so ago that I figured it out finally.

If you have not logged in to RC's site in a couple of months, you have to create a new password and use your email address as the username.

I've been able to log in but can't see prices.

Ridiculous, if there is a message in very small red type on the cruise planner log in page that says "error locking reservation" or something very similar you have to call RCC and ask them to unlock it. It happened to me a half dozen times since January.

Yes, this just worked for me about 1/2 hour ago. It's always been my user name until I tried today.
