If you have not logged in to RC's site in a couple of months, you have to create a new password and use your email address as the username. GOLFER1234 Posted June 13, 2018 #6 Share Posted June 13, 2018 Ridiculous, if there is a message in very small red type on the cruise planner log in page that says "error locking reservation" or something very similar you have to call RCC and ask them to unlock it.
