Miami Hotel

Hi all, We are cruising on the Empress out of Miami this summer, but we are flying in a day early. We would love to stay at a hotel on the beach that may also have a shuttle to the cruise port. Also, do any of the hotels have shuttles from the airport?

I would not limit yourself to a hotel with a shuttle. The drive is relatively close to the airport assuming you are looking at Miami Beach area.

 

Uber is a great option but fallback can be a taxi.

Very few hotels offer shuttles from the airport and to the port. I would say zero hotels on the beach offer shuttles to the port, or at least free shuttles.

 

Miami is a pretty small city in actual distance. The airport is close to the port and Miami Beach.

 

So you want to stay on the beach I would limit your search to hotels that are on Collins Ave (A1A) south of 25th street or on Ocean Drive.

 

Do you have a price range?

 

Most times we would suggest staying in Downtown Miami/Brickell due to how close it is to the port and just taking an Uber to Miami Beach.

We are staying at the Embassy Suites in Miami. We booked the Cruise Pkg and they will shuttle us to the PORT only.
