Can U Bring a Case of Bottled Water Onboard???

A friend that's sailing with us is a Big water drinker. Can you bring a case of bottled water on the ship as carry on luggage???

I saw two 24-bottle cases of water sitting amongst other luggages while the cabin stewards were loading them into the hall way the afternoon of our embarkation on the Sapphire. The people who owned these bottled waters essentially just stuck a luggage tag on each case and counted them as one of their luggages.

I am not sure about the policy on Princess but we brought bottled water on in a rolling carry on....when we sailed HAL....I would like to know the answer also as we are planning a Princess cruise.

the water on board is better than most bottled water I have ever drunk. We usually just take one bottle with us to refill when we go ashore. But yes you can take cartons of water. Gayle

I usually pack about 12 bottles of water in roller carry on luggage and then refill them on board as the week progresses.

Concur with mummsie. Water onboard is distilled and free. Take a bottle or two and keep refilling.

On my recent Grand voyage I just slapped a luggage tag on a 32 pack case and it was delivered to my cabin no problem.

You sure can (and soda, too). Stuff costs more/gallon than gasoline, and the ship's water is perfectly safe and unoffensive, though.

We took on a small case of water, carry on, on our last cruise. We drink only bottled water and enjoyed having our own in our room. Ironically, the water we took on got all used but we carried off the wine and liquor, untouched. We will take water again next cruise but no alcohol.
