Non Refundable OBC...again

I assume non refundable OBC still cannot be used for daily service charge. Can it still be used for butler, room steward, and conceriege tips? Can it be used for the drink and dining package 18% service charge placed on your account? I got a bunch on this last booking I just did.

No it can’t be used for the DSC, but you can use it to tip the Butler etc. I believe you need to go to guest services to do that.

 

The service charge on the beverage package is paid before the cruise (assuming you get it as a promo), so it can’t be used for that.

Using the OBC you have been given by NCL cannot be used for DSC as it would be NCL paying itself!! They really want you to spend it.

Shareholder OBC is Non-refundable. Not sure about NCL CC OBC as I use my points for upgrades (it's worth much more that way,)
