vacation44 Posted July 5, 2018 #1 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Seriously considering changing our current cabin to a Haven aft balcony. However, am I correct that the bed situation would be the bedroom and then the sofa bed? There is no magical bed that comes down from the ceiling? We are four and this would not work for us. Any suggestions and/ comments will be appreciated as my son and daughter need their own sleeping space.

dexddd Posted July 5, 2018 #3 Share Posted July 5, 2018 No bed from ceiling. Other options off top of head would be H4 or H2.
vacation44 Posted July 5, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted July 5, 2018 How old are they? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk They will be 19 and 20. Sharing a cabin is not an issue for us---a lot of experience making it work.
myra711 Posted July 5, 2018 #5 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Would it work to have the girls share a bed and the guys share the other bed?
vacation44 Posted July 5, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted July 5, 2018 Would it work to have the girls share a bed and the guys share the other bed? Yes. I think that is what we will do if there are no other options. Thank you.
Two Wheels Only Posted July 5, 2018 #7 Share Posted July 5, 2018 The sofa bed can open as a single or as a double. One option that has worked is to bring an inflatable mattress and put it on the living room floor with the sofa bed opened as a single. The room steward will make up the mattress in the evening and can store it under the king-sized bed in the bedroom during the day.

I think we will go for it and bring an air mattress. Do I tell them in advance or when we get to the cabin?

Do I tell them in advance or when we get to the cabin? Just tell the room steward or leave a note. Your steward should introduce him/herself on the first afternoon.
