OBC in casino

Refundable yes, non-refundable no (although some have reported that it was applied). Just as an FYI, you don't really USE the OBC specifically anywhere. You charge everything to your on board account and the OBC is applied towards appropriate purchases as they post.

We have always used non refundable in the casino. In fact that is one of our plans the last sea day, go to the casino and spend part of our non refundable OBC and have a little fun. :')

You do realize that you really do not specifically spend the OBC anywhere right? You spend on board and whatever charges you have that are allowable with the OBC in your account are later offset by that OBC. For example you cannot go to the gift shop and specifically spend your OBC.
