Going on Med Cruise with MSC soon in July

Wanted to ask if there any nice beaches in walking distance near ports:La Spezia; Genoa;Cannes;Mallorca (half day only) Barcelona

If you Google Barcelona beaches, there's a map with how to get to them; we've walked to the ones north of the port, but not tried the ones south.

The same with Mallorca... I believe there's a small town beach in Palma, but your nearest ones with facilities will be around 4 miles either way from the port.
