Hello does anyone know if when you qualify for a free cruise through the casino while cruising,is it possible

to pick a cruise other than the area you sale in. I am from New Zealand and have free cruise offers when sailing

down here in the South Pacific and would love to think its possible to chose a compt cruise from an alternative list leaving from say Europe.

I know here in the US when I am offered a casino comped cruise on specific sailings, if I am not available to go, they offer a dollar amount off of a different cruise of my choosing.

Not sure about a list of comped cruises for a different market than you reside or typically cruise

Casino Royale has changed their policies....I will give you what I know (may not be much).

Oh...I should caveat to say, I'm not sure about International cruises....

When you receive a free cruise, you no longer get a list...now they open it completely up for ANY cruise. In fact I'm taking my free cruise in March 2019 on the Allure.

The used to give you a list and if you couldn't do one on there, then they gave you a discount.

That's all I know.

Not entirely accurate. I got a free cruise on Grandeur in July and they gave me a list of applicable cruises (which included a very few non-Caribbean itins, but a few) from which to choose a completely complimentary cruise (must still pay taxes, grats and port fees os course). If I chose any different cruise (not on the list) the certificate would have given us $$ off.

In addition to these kinds of “free” cruise certificates awarded for onboard play, the new players club gives Prime members and above 1 free cruise per year. For these cruises you can choose any cruise so long as it is not a holiday cruise or more than 8 days in duration.

Interesting...I had a list in January, but when they implemented their new Casino Royale system, I called and they said that all the cruises were open and I could pick anything that I qualified for. I qualified for a free inside cabin. I upgraded to a balcony. Make sure to give them a call.

I also believe you have only 30 days from the time the certificate is issued to book the cruise. This was a new requirement they just implemented recently. We received a free cruise certificate from our April Freedom cruise. We could not sail on any of the published cruise in 2018 on the back of the certificate so we used the $1000 off for a cruise in 2019. This was for a free balcony. You also have to sail within one year of the issue date.
