Drinks at Sake bar on Epic

Is it possible to go to the Sake bar for drinks,but not eat at the restaurant?

I would love a sake, but don't enjoy sushi.

 

And id so, does thisscenario apply to all the up charge restaurants?

You may go to any bar on the ship and have a drink. I would suggest getting your sake and moving aside so that others who want to eat can have the space, but it is certainly not required.
