The crepes in the buffet at night! They are tucked away from all the food and are amazing. My daughters are only crepes on night for dinner, it’s vacation!

The ropes course is very fun, my daughter was able to time it right and did it back to back times because there was no wait. We waited until the last day and waited in line for almost 2 hours- do it early!

Make a trip to Howel at the Moon, the piano bar, was so fun! Bring some fives to wrap the song requests in. They did a Taylor Swift montage for my daughter that was hysterical.

Have fun! We did Escape last year the week before Christmas, this year we are doing the Bliss for the New Year!

Was there an age limit at Howl at the Moon?  My kids are 14 and 15

Had a great quiet place to eat at the buffet.  Go outside on the left side (just under the water slides.  The walls are high enough it's not windy and there is a seating area to eat.  Never crowded and enjoyed being outside while eating food from the buffet.

No age limit for Howl at the Moon for any time, but they will warn you when the "adult" portion of the show is starting.  Up to you if your kids stay.  I saw fairly young kids there at 11:30 and later.  You just can't complain if they hear something you don't like as the later times can get raunchy and they did warn you.

On Getaway, HATM was family-friendly (i.e. no swearing) until 10 or 11PM (I forget exactly), then they were free to get more raunchy.  There's never an actual break in the show since they have 3 performers and only 2 are on the stage at a time, so their breaks are staggered.

Do you have to make reservations for this

do you need to make reservations to comedy on the Escape and do they have rated r on it

Yes, you can make reservations for the comedy shows once you are on board the ship.  But you can always line up if you don't have a reservation.  I feel like I was always able to walk in and find a seat somewhere--maybe not in the front row, though.

I don't remember it saying "rated R" anywhere, but I do remember it saying that after 11 pm,  it was for 18 years and older.

Hope this helps. 🙂

Our one favorite thing to do is to use an SDP credit and have lunch at Pincho Tapa bar on a sea day. You keep powdering tapas until you have done the menu twice. It is some of the best food on the ship

Just off "Escape" last week.    Bring a night light for the bathroom.   Also a lighted clock would be useful.  Howl at the Moon was an awesome venue.   Escape the Big Top is in the Supper Club and uses 10 teams of 10 at one time so standbys should get in.  (Hint: There are a few red herrings in there.  Also, Symbols are important.).  Do the ropes course early as it is closed in wet weather.  Go up up up to the almost empty hot tubs on the top decks.  The same lunch menu is used in the MDRs all week.  Breakfast in the MDRs is the best - food is made to order, fresh, and fast.  You can get more variety than on the buffet - just ask. The Seafood Buffet was disappointing - unless you like just shrimp and mussels.  And they ran out of shrimp and we had to wait about 7-8 minutes for some. We were disappointed with the Brazilian Steakhouse - buffet was so-so and the meat was not up to what we expected.  The Atrium was busy and packed - too many activities took place there with not enough room for participants and viewers.  Beware of the "pusher machines" in the casino - there are only one dollar bills in the middle of the folded paper money - if you lucky enough to get one.  Lol.   And you can make reservations for the shows, etc  at the large computer kiosks near the elevators.   Seems a lot of ppl make reservations and then don't show up so don't give up on the standby lines.  Doors open 1/2 hour before showtime to enter and standbys are let in 10 minutes before (but sometimes earlier).  If your roll call meet and mingle has a cabin crawl, check out the Haven area - Amazing!

All ages from the start...  After 11, they "recommend" no kids because they get a little more raucous and dirty...  But our cruise, there were kids there till the final song some nights.
