what time do you leave the ship by? Priority perk?

Unless one has a pressing appointment or a very long drive home on debarkation day, I have never understood the rush to get off the ship. The past few cruises we have enjoyed a relaxed morning, enjoying the quiet upper deck, and getting off as LATE as possible. No long lines at customs and luggage is very easy to find.

This sounds much nicer than the chaos we endured on our first cruise. How late do they let you stay?

you will be off before 10am most cruises. But nothing is opened. Buffet closes by 9.

We got off the Sunshine in Port Canaveral on Saturday. We were also upgraded to a suite. We were given #2 luggage tags and were told to meet in the liquid lounge at 8:45 am. We did not do self assist as there were 11 of us including my mother and she cannot handle her own bag. the other rooms all had FTTF. When we arrived at the lounge about 8:30 am we were told they had just called our zone, we walked right off the ship. Our luggage was ready. The longest line was the customs line. Once through customs we met our shuttle we were loaded up and on the road by 9am

Self assist are always off the ship first. Usually Diamonds and Platinums are zone 1 and FTTF and suites are zone 2.

Self assist Diamonds are usually off the ship first, they meet in a dedicated room and get escorted off usually by the CD. Platinum walkoffs and the FTTF's will meet in other designated areas. Regular self assists follow the priority folk. Then, any zone #'s will be called., and usually Diamonds first, etc.

We were on our way to the designated Diamond walkoff area in the Sports Bar, when an FTTF told me that all priorities were the same and I should follow her to the Red Frog Inn. I smiled and politely declined, she was shocked thinking I would miss my turn getting off the ship if I didn't follow her.
