Preparing for 9:30 AM Nassau shore excursion

It depends on the ship (and probably concierge). The concierge should let you know how. However, if he/she does not provide communication by the day before, just ask.

We have been escort off the ship by the concierge. We have also been provided a "ticket" to show when heading to shore.

I don't think there are any special procedures for suite guests and a non-tender port stop. If there are special procedures, you will be notified by one of the Suite Concierges.

Our experience from last year on Allure and in a suite ...

As the stop at Nassau is short there tends to be a lot of congestion as people want to get off the ship as soon as possible.

Arrangements for suite guests was to meet on deck 4 and we were escorted off the ship in order to avoid the crowds. This might be arranged at the discretion of the concierge so best to ask once on board.

We didn't have this at all ports. Just Nassau.
