TavelGuard Insurance for Cruise to Cuba

Hello, I have always purchased travel insurance through Travel Guard for all cruises. I just booked a cruise through RCL in March 2019 and when I contacted Travel Guard for insurance, they have a few documents specific to Cuba that I have to fill out and submit. Has anyone gone through this process before? Anything that I need to be aware of? Thank you!

I use GeoBlue and I mentioned I was going to Cuba and no other paperwork was needed.

I used Travel Guard for my upcoming Cuba cruise. I think it had to be submitted manually (paper) instead of electronically. My travel agent handled it.

What were the papers for? I did not have to complete any papers for travel insurance. Are you maybe confusing this with the OFAC form?
