When Does the Cruise Planner Close?

When does the Cruise Planner close before your sail away date?

 

We sail Sept. 2 and I was hoping maybe there would be a nice Labour Day sale price on drink packages.

 

I tried to get into the Cruise Planner now but it's not able to access it. Glitch in the site?

Check the prices now, ours is on sale and others have reported sale prices as well.
