Seaside Aurea/Wellness Interior rooms 10002 and 10003

Curious if anyone has cruised these rooms on Seaside(10002,10003), there are only two of them, They are Wellness interiors until the Wellness experience goes away and they will be Aurea Interiors. They appear to be bigger and the price is right for Xmas 2019 (we have them booked) and was just curious if anyone has seen them or experienced them.

Thanks in advance.

We booked 10002, but got bumped to an Aurea suite. I did see some photos of either 10002 or 10003 online, but don't remember where I found them. It looked to be a decent sized room.

I'm interested in any info from anyone that has done the Wellness experience on the Seaside. It doesn't seem like many have done it. Maybe that's why it is being discontinued!

Now that;s exciting news since my family has sold the category out a year and a half out maybe we too will be bumped! Although we are happy with our selection and we don't spend a ton of time in the room anyway, we wouldn't turn a righteous upgrade like that down, especially since that is a room that costs like 2500$ more on this sailing

RF 90 ... While upgrade is possible as mentioned, you only get the cabin upgrade and not the Experience.

Important thought however irrelevant to me as you can't go higher than Aurea, which is what the room is. There is yatch club but that upgrade is HIGHLY unlikely.

Booked 10003 for 12/28/2019 cruise!

Before or after November 12?  I guess that partially explains Aurea going to the Easy package.  An Aurea inside sounds neat, pricing if you don't mind?

Just did Aurea Balcony on Seaside 11/3/2018 cruise. It was lovely! Enjoyed the Classic Package as well.

10002 and 10003 are the only Aurea inside cabins on Seaside. It is costing me $1,300 less than what an Aurea Balcony would be on this sailing for us. Photo link: https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/DP/deckplans/contributor-album.php?c=Lisa Heilman&ship=MSC Seaside

PS. Booked today.

And, here is what my confirmation reads:

FOOD & WINE BENEFITS
• Premium 20−hours−a−day buffet
• Freshly prepared Mediterranean and international dishes
All−inclusive drinks package to be consumed in all bars, self−service buffet and restaurants.

And, from what we have been told from our friends on the inside, Aurea will actually be getting Premium instead of Easy. Thus, MSC omitting Easy from our confirmation.

Cheers!

Thanks for the info, I hope it works out for you regarding Premium.

No worries. A lot can happen in 403 days. MSC has given us three fabulous cruises with them! I am confident #4 will be brilliant as well, no matter what the drink package is called. Cheers! 🙂

Does anyone know the bed configuration on Seaside (and/or Seaview) Cabins 10002/10003? The system is letting me book 5 in each of these cabins, but the deck plan does not seem to indicate bedding for 5.

Here are photos of 10003. It looks like there is a drop down bunk from the ceiling. But, if the couch does not convert into two beds, it would appear that only three would fit.

We had this exact room booked for our friends, who are a family of 5.  We are travelling in March.  We also were on this ship last March and looked into this room.  The attendant was sure it would not fit 5 people.  When I contacted our TA recently, they had switched us rooms from 10003 to an inside wellness guarantee.  After a little work for my TA and MSC, they have moved that booking to an SJ3 suite on deck 15!!

If the sofa turned into a bunk or was a pull out it would work great, but I checked myself, and it did not last year.

Hopefully you get an upgrade as well.

Hi we’ve got 10002 booked on Seaview 16 Nov 2019. Our info said it has a Pullman bed But irrelevent as there are only 2 of us. On a 20 night sailing we picked it for the larger space and price with Aurea benefits. We went Aurea On Meraviglia balcony Oct 18 and it was premium drinks which was ok but a lot more $$ to upgrade to the all inclusive drinks package.

We just stayed in 10003 this past week. It was absolutely fabulous for two people. I know there is a third bed that drops down from the ceiling. You can see it in the back corner of the room. Maybe the couch is the other beds? Apologies, we did not even think to check. But here are a number of photos of the room; it is quite large.
