Does the Glory have a soda dispenser? Or do you have to wait on a bartender?

You have to order through a bartender. You can also order through room service.

None of the ships (not sure about Vista class) have soda dispensers. They're all warm cans poured over ice.

Only Royal Caribbean has soda dispensers, and their contract with Coca-Cola makes Freestyle Dispensers exclusive to Royal Caribbean well into the future.

Disney has soda dispensers as well. They don't have Freestyle but they do have dispensers.

 

I don't get why they don't get dispensers. You would think it would be easier than the cans of soda.

It would be easier but the maintenance / cleaning of those machines is awful. If you don't clean them constantly, they attract all kinds of critters.
