You would think that Carnival captain would stand by until Vollie was safely docked with at least some lines ashore

That has to be the longest amount of time from when she came into view until she was along side the dock that I have seen in Juneau.

I have never seen anything but Chevalle Rouge in Juneau and she's not used too much by cruise ships except on super windy days like today

I'll take a guess that between returning from drydock and the long voyage she's setting off on Masdam may leave well after Signature sisters arrive.
