smokeykat Posted September 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2018 We have 2 cabins next to each other on the hump 8314 and 8316 on Adventure of the Seas. They are not connecting cabins but I was wondering if the balcony partition/divider can be opened up. I was viewing a video and I did see a door handle. Is this something we can do? Has anyone stayed in these hump cabins and what are your thoughts compared to regular balcony cabins? Thanks
cb at sea Posted September 13, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 13, 2018 There is no size difference in either cabin or balcony because of the "hump" on this class ship. The draw of the hump is the convenience factor....mere steps to the stair/elevator foyer. You will love the location!

smokeykat Posted September 13, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted September 13, 2018 Thank you. I liked this location a lot. It would have been nice to be able to open the door between the balconies but no big deal :)
Justmekaren918 Posted September 15, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 15, 2018 It is not a removable panel it is stronger material & I had one of them it was great, but unique & the balcony depth was small! Starting after that, the balconies were affixed separately to the outside of the hull. Therefore the balconies are somewhat cave-like.
