MrmrsSteelman Posted September 16, 2018 #1 Share Posted September 16, 2018 We are on the getaway Jan 6th. We wanted to hold the sloths at Daniel Johnson’s in Roatan, but you can’t hold them after 11am, and we don’t get into port till 10:00, so I’m not sure we would make it. Is there somewhere else we could hold sloths. We’ll be in Roatan, Harvest Caye, Cozumel and costa maya.
Mike_DeA Posted September 17, 2018 #2 Share Posted September 17, 2018 I think you may be referring to the other place, Victor's Monkey Business thru Bodden Tours, where they reference 11am. I went to Daniel Johnson's two weeks ago and I don't think there was a time cutoff. The Getaway did arrive earlier though.

300dtc Posted September 17, 2018 #5 Share Posted September 17, 2018 We held sloths at victors monkey business and we were on the Getaway. Did the zip and dip package, the kids zip lined first, then got to tour and hold the sloths, etc. I didn't think they smelled at all and it was terribly hot when we were there. zqvol Posted September 17, 2018 #7 Share Posted September 17, 2018 Make sure that when you return to the US that you mark on your immigration form that you have been around wild animals.
LD Silver Posted September 18, 2018 #8 Share Posted September 18, 2018 When I saw the title I thought this thread was about old people in the buffet line.

Mike_DeA Posted September 18, 2018 #10 Share Posted September 18, 2018 Make sure that when you return to the US that you mark on your immigration form that you have been around wild animals. Why? There is no reference to "wild animals" on the form. The form asks if you've been around "livestock", which a sloth is not. And forms are no longer necessary unless you have something to declare.
