I was online today seeing what savings Carnival had and it showed the 98$ deposit promotion for 2 people total. I went back an hour later and it changed to 99$ per person deposit. Has anyone else noticed this?

I noticed alot of strange and odd things with carnival, other cruises and travel based websites. This is why i use the private mode in my web browser.

Don’t you have to log in to see your offers? How would that end up being private and not tracked?

To see "my offers", yes.

 

To see general promotions, no.

It all depends on the ship, the newer ones do not have $98 deposit for 2.
