It's not that the video doesn't work. Rather it's a matter of being able to determine that your attachment is indeed a video that is safe to download rather than some other potentially malicious piece of code that somehow might have been attached to your post by accident. All we can see by looking at your post is that it contains an attachment named "F424C132-BDE4-41A2-92FC-101C5..." with no further explanation.

 

I was able to determine that the full file name of the attachment is "F424C132-BDE4-41A2-92FC-101C5DFF694A.MOV". That ".MOV" extension told me it was an Apple QuickTime video, so I figured it was probably safe to download and watch. But I trust you can see why many here would be wary of doing that.
