Submit a special needs form indicating you need a mini refrigerator for medications.

No they do not have the Cooler/Fridge on those Grandeur cabins. As another poster you can request a small medical one to put insulin in

Yes, as do the Panoramic View oceanview cabins on decks 7 & 8.

 

But interiors and regular ocean views, no.

A 24" roller fits under the bed. (you may have to lift the bed up to get it under, soft-side helps).  It was on my side and I did not notice any "bump" in the mattress.  A 26" does not and it may end up taking up a corner of the closet. [1-st hand experience from 12/1 sailing.]
