Country music on balcony anyone?

We also had the distinct displeasure of being  docked nearby a Carnival ship which was having a 24 7 rock cruise.. ( forgot which port)

 

 The noise from the DJ,  reverberating music and rowdy cruisers out on their open deck killed any  enjoyment of the balcony or open decks on our ship and could be heard inside too.. They did take a short break but not long enough for us.  There were cheers all around when that  ship left port earlier than ours,...

 

 Could not imagine being on that ship,...ever!  Not a good neighbor!
