NCL BLISS OCEAN BLUE UPCHARGE

I currently have the 3 meal dining plan on an upcoming sailing on the NCL Bliss. Trying to determine what the exact additional fee would be for someone with the dining plan for Ocean Blue.  Have read conflicting information on line stating the extra charge is anywhere from ten dollars to 18 dollars more pp. Hopefully someone has recently sailed and knows the current fee.

I just booked my Ocean Blue reservations on the Bliss in February through My NCL and the up-charge was $12 per person. Total was $24 for the two of us. Already charged to my credit card, so I assume that is final.

We also booked the upgrade a month ago. $10 per person plus the 20% service charge. $24 on the credit card. We will be cruising on the Breakaway Dec. 16th out of New Orleans.

Wow, you all got GREAT deals, we were on Bliss 1st week of October, we paid IN ADVANCE online booking $15 pp (total $45 for 3 of us), but when booked onboard, if we would have waited it would have been $18 pp???  Why such differences I wonder?  And I might add, we thought that Ocean Blue is where we would get LOBSTER?? NOT!!  The only lobster on their menu was Lobster Pot Pie with pieces in it..... not quite what we had thought....would NOT pay this upcharge again on any NCL ship for Ocean Blue!
