Chefs Table

Cruising on the Breeze Nov 24 Eastern Caribbean...Does anyone know what Night they usually do the Chef's Table...Want to Book the steakhouse but hesitant to do so...and don't want to book it the first night even though I am sure that would be a safe bet...Thanks...

They don’t tell you ahead of time what night your reservation is for. You find out once on board. Also, how many nights they end up doing the Chef’s table depends on demand. It’s possible they could have one every night. Which means your reservation could end up being on any night. You will probably be fine booking the Steakhouse on the first night. You can always try it, and if the Che’s table ends up being on that night, you can cancel the other reservation. I don’t believe there is a penalty for canceling the Steakhouse same-day.

You can get in the Steakhouse without reservations. I never heard of a penalty for cancelling, penalty?

I think cancellation penalty is only for Chef's Table, not other specialty restaurants.
