Freedom - cabin door did not lock properly

This is kind of along the line of what I was thinking. OP tried it once and it didn't open. Tried it twice and it didn't open. Tried it three times and it opened. If it hadn't opened on the third try, how many times would (s)he have tried? 4? 5? 10? Keep going for the next hour? I understand this is a problem but if I check my door once and it's locked, I am not going to stand there trying until it opens.

I agree with you. And what if it was still locked after the 5th try. Maybe need to return every hour to double check it hasn't mysteriously unlocked itself? Why is three now the magic number. People can be so paranoid. How many cc posts are there about cabins being broken into because the lock didn't work? Just not something to spend my time worrying about with all the security cameras in place.
