login issues and not receiving email conversations

We are no longer receiving cruise critic conversations from fellow  cruise passengers with the Celebrity Millenium 3/16/19 asia cruise.  Please assist in this matter.

Not sure what you're referring to as "cruise critic  conversations"

If your problem is that you are not receiving emails about new posts to the thread, then first of all go to your Account Settings and check that your email address is recorded correctly. (Some erroneous email addresses were imported into the new database, so this is worth checking.) If there is an error, you will have to email CC to ask for this to be changed.

 

If the email address is correct, then you should check your Notification Settings to make sure that they are set up the way that you want. In the section below what's shown in the screenshot, there are further options for what events you would like to be notified of either by notifications on the CC boards pages, or by email. Choose whatever you like.

 

And please don't be afraid to play with these and see what settings work for you.
